so lots of people love chinese food on NY Day...start saving some time, by using a bag of coleslaw mix, with chopped cabbage and carrots to make egg rolls, just sautee' the mix, and add other veggies and meat or tofu and soy sauce, wrap in wrappers and and bake or fry. My store has the bags of coleslaw mix on sale for 1.00 and that will make lots of egg rolls!!
Another quick tip, start preparing you a file folder for end of year tax stuff, find receipts you will need, bank information and keep a file folder and as W2 forms come in the mail just add to the folder, and you will be ready to prepare your taxes or to take them to be prepared.
