Today the sun is shining, it rained during the night and more rain is coming, but the sun is shining and it is warm out there. Today my idea for time out would be to sit in the swing and read. Have you noticed that lots of my time out ideas include books. I love reading. So take some time today and be nice to yourself, and treat yourself to a timeout.
