salvaging the mess

well the dinner the night before was just ICK...but imagine...there were leftovers..ROFL so how to salvage the mess...aka chicken..I had a Zatarans gumbo mix that called for precooked chicken so I added the overly spicy chicken to the gumbo and it was good, took on the gumbo seasonings and it covered the over and that was some great gumbo...I have leftovers for lunch today....so all flops dont have to be total losses..
