Recession???

I have LOTS of trouble believing my state is in a recession, when over 100 million dollars was spent on lottery tickets in 3 months??  That is a lot of money!! Money that could have been spent else where to boost the economy..but we won't even begin to get into my gripes about the Arkansas Lottery...

Here is todays tip. 

Easy money, isnt easy.  A winning lottery ticket has been the ruin of lots of people.  Most big lottery winners end up bankrupt because they dont know how to handle money.  So today's tip, save your dollars instead of buying a lottery ticket.
