Time out Tuesday

We haven't done a time out Tuesday in a few weeks (or longer) I have been busy, not taking any time outs..today is a busy one too, have to head to the PO and to the dollar store, Need to work on pricing some stuff for a yard sale this weekend..But I will take some time out and relax. Perhaps sit on the back deck in the shade and drink a glass of iced tea with lemon and read a bit. Or perhaps sit in the swing under the shade tree and swing and pet the kitty. He likes that very much. Just taking a few minutes out of a busy stressful day, can help you to destress. I hope you are taking time today to have a few minutes just for you!!   ~C~
