Review of Customer Service at Allegro

Recently I ordered some medical supplies from Allegro Medical after researching for the best prices. However when they arrived, I received 7 x what I ordered. This actually happened twice, the first time I chalked it up to mistakes happen, yeah come pick up your product and return it to the vendor. The second time I wasn't pleased and phone calls were made, multiple people were contacted. Finally after two days of dealing with this issue I am happy to say the customer service team at Allegro pulled through by putting me in touch with people who could make things happen. I am pleased with the outcome, and realize that always being honest about what you feel needs to happen to correct such issues, is the best. Even when it doesn't look like the resolution is going to happen, be honest about how you feel, and keep going up the chain of command.
